Whoever is doing this is it NOT FUNNY. Especially today, after the attack last night.

I think it's exceedingly bad taste.

Luckily I still had a scarf in my bag from yesterday.

I don't appreciate your implication, Thomas. I didn't do anything to deserve it the first time, nor this time, either.

Anyway, I went to Professor Acton to work out what happened, since she'd said it was most likely caused by contacting something. I thought through everything I'd done today and of course, one of the first things I did was comb out my hair. She checked the comb and sure enough, it's been tampered with and it's a cursed object.

So yes, someone did have it in for me, and no, I haven't the faintest idea why.

For your information, Weasel, my point was that it was decidedly NOT appropriate to pull a stupid, hurtful prank like that on the day after someone else got petrified. Even if Ollivander was a complete blood-traitor to go after Marvolo's mudblood that way, the fact is that someone's still attacking people and it was really, really horrid to try to make everyone forget about it by targetting me.

And I didn't use any kind of spell. It turns out that the way it happened before was someone cursed my comb. Which means, if you're paying attention, that it could have happened anytime during the day, before I went up to the Ravenclaw dormitories.

So you watch out, Measley, because if Professor Action finds out who cast that curse, and you're within three degrees of separation, you'll be sorry.

That's it, isn't it? Your hair wasn't hexed off. You got lice and had to have it removed like those firsties at the start of the year. You're just too embarrassed to say.

If anyone's liable to have brought lice in, it's that sister of yours. Malfoy told me you all live in a hovel with chickens and all sorts of unsanitary animals, all in the same room like in the olden days.
