I think so! In the would of Fashion, You need to know what kinds of things make people look Pretty! I suppose that the people who make cosmetics and perfume might need to know Potions, but I'll have someone else to do that, I'm sure.
Parvati says there is one near the end of the Standard Book of Spells for our year. We haven't tried it yet but we're going to. She says it doesn't last very long though.
I think there are other spells (maybe using Transfiguration?) that can do it for longer but they are hard.
