Good show, everyone
who was on my team. It's too bad we were just a little too slow on that last challenge but no harm done.
Zabini, Parkinson, Li, Macmillan, Bundy: excellent job taking each of your groups in hand. And Sandoval, Goshal, Nott, Bones and Whitacre: really, really well done. I've already passed on my thanks to Durand, Stoyanov and Larsen for their contributions.
Wynn-Davis, Archer: better luck next time, but good efforts. To everyone else on our team, again--very well done, indeed!

It was good to be on a team that pretty much cooperated, on the whole. Not that a little healthy debate can't help on occasion to produce a better solution--and I think we did have some good brainstorming moments--but at least we didn't combust like some.

You're right about Archer, though. And Bundy. At least they were competent and didn't go weak in the knees every time we had to take a risk.
And Sandoval, too. Did you see Teds noticing her? I hope she takes it well if he gets interested. He can be a bit, well, intense.

I lost count of the Hufflepuffs. Marvolo was taking them all on, anyway. Though if I'd known Perks was going to get him Krum right off, we might have snapped him up instead.
I thought Bundy did all right, actually. She does tend to surprise, it's almost annoying.
As for Sandoval, Teddy's not half up for a challenge, is he? She's Lana's sister; she's not going to let him get anywhere near her, if she's got any sense. No offence to Nott but it's a Spanish thing, you know, traditions and all.
Malfoy's really really cross with Finnigan, though. I can see his point, of course, but it's not like Seamus meant for Weasley to get himself seriously hurt. He wanted their team to win as much as anyone.
Still, their trouble was to our advantage, wasn't it?

But what I meant about the Hufflepuffs was all the third year ones we got stuck picking up. Not just Wynn-Davis, who was well useless, but Montague and that Carmichael. I suppose Bones and Goshal were fine, but in the same way paste is fine. A good charm would do better.
Is that true about Sandoval? Hm. It can be dangerous, throwing a block up in front of something Teddy wants. That could be interesting. Do you really think she'd say no? I suppose I could hint around that Marvolo's really more keen on her than it seems. That might get Teds to let it go.
Finnigan cocked it up today, and no lie. I'd thank him, except that would annoy Draco.

I would have thought Marvolo'd signed his own warrant with all the Gryffindors he was snapping up. I reckon sometimes it's just helpful to have people you can send rushing off into danger.
If she doesn't say no, she's risking an awful load of trouble with her family, that's for sure. Still, she's also Lana's little sister, so he might be more at risk than he expects if he pushes.
Oh, I have to go--Lares Tamblyn wants to talk to me.
